These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://saanjhvilla.com/ and your booking of Saanjh Villa — By JJ Farms (the “Villa”). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Saanjh Villa — By JJ Farms is a single, private villa offered for full-property booking, located at Near Jethda Jod Square, Shujalpur-Asta Highway. Contact: +91 93990 80705, vijay@webcraft.co.in.

2. Bookings

  • The Villa is booked as a single, entire private unit for your selected dates.
  • Bookings are made online by selecting available check-in and check-out dates and providing your details.
  • Dates that are already booked or on a temporary hold are shown as unavailable.
  • When you proceed to payment, your selected dates are placed on a temporary hold while you complete checkout. If payment is not completed, the hold expires and the dates are released.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed on the Site in Indian Rupees (INR) and are per night for the entire villa, unless stated otherwise.
  • Seasonal or peak-period rates may apply to certain dates, as shown at the time of booking.
  • Payment is processed securely online through Razorpay. We accept the cards and payment methods supported by Razorpay.
  • The total amount payable is shown before you confirm and pay.

4. Booking Confirmation

  • Your booking is confirmed only after your payment has been successfully processed.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
  • If payment is not completed, no booking is created and the dates remain available to others.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Unless stated otherwise at the time of booking, our cancellation policy is:

  • 7 or more days before check-in: refund of the amount paid, less any applicable payment-processing fees.
  • 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Less than 3 days before check-in, or no-show: non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–10 business days. To request a cancellation, contact us using the details below and quote your booking reference. (The owner may adjust these terms; the policy shown at the time of your booking applies.)

6. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard check-in and check-out times will be shared in your booking confirmation.
  • The Villa is reserved for the selected dates only. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

7. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules

  • The Villa is a private property — please treat the premises, furnishings, and surroundings with care.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy shown at booking without prior approval.
  • Any illegal activity, or activity that disturbs neighbours or damages the property, is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused during your stay.
  • Events, parties, or additional guests beyond the agreed booking require advance approval.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during the stay, except where caused by our proven negligence and to the extent required by law.
  • We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural events, utility failures, or government restrictions.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
